Where can I view my J1 help tickets?

1. If you're not already logged in, press the Sign in button on the top right of the page.

2. Once logged in, select your name from the top right corner and choose My activities from the drop down menu.

3. This is the page where you can access all your help tickets (both existing and new) going forward!
